A F Fasteners announces acquisition of UFC Aerospace from KLX Aerospace Solutions

The Board of AF Fasteners are delighted to confirm that the business acquired UFC Aerospace based in Southend, Essex on the 28th July 2016.

UFC manufacture a variety of products for the aerospace industry which we feel will ideally extend and complement our product range offering and provide customers with a wider variety and one stop solution for their fastener requirements. The acquisition will also significantly extend our approvals, including Rolls Royce, Airbus, Spirit Aerospace, BAE Systems, AEC, GKN, Honeywell, and Claverham.

This acquisition is a great addition to the AFF Group and demonstrates our strategy of growth for our business.
