New CNC.

On the last day of January, AF Fasteners took delivery of a new EMCO E25 CNC lathe. After installation and two days on-site training the machine is now up and running, accurately and reliably producing parts. This is the second CNC lathe at AF and is a significant step up in terms of capability, equipped with twelve quick change VDI tool stations and live tooling, the latest FANUC controller and simulation software, it can even engrave part numbers!

The machine is shown with Mat & Henry, the two main setters, alongside Barry Ingles from EMCO.
